The HGSA History Conference creates a casual, professional environment for graduate students to write, present and receives feedback on their original research contributing new knowledge within the historical field. As an organization, we promote the participation of our own graduate students, as well as other history graduate students from across the United States. Also, we invite other graduate students from within LSU. With this diversity, the Conference provides the perfect environment to network with other graduate students from a range of disciplines and approaches.
