Same event as last year. We will be putting a dunk tank in Free Speech Alley and allowing passerby the attempt to dunk a pike in exchange for a donation to the Friends of the Animals Dog Adoption House of Baron Rouge. It will be $3 for one (1) attempt, $5 for three (3) attempts, or $10 to walk up and push the button. Any and all donations will be accepted through cash and through our chapter Venmo.
This year, I hope to pair with FOTA and have them join us in Free Speech Alley on the day of the event with animals ready for adoption and with literature promoting the fostering and adoption of their animals.
Also, a Kona Ice partnership is contingent on them agreeing to sponsor the event. I can resubmit with the contract if necessary. I am submitting now without due to time constraints.
