Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging the fun of group fitness with the accountability and individualized attention of personal training. Our courses offer individualized progression from class to class designed to teach participants with similar interests and goals. Certified trainers will guide you through proper form and technique while you enjoy your workout experience with other workout buddies!
Aerial Yoga Small Group Training combines the use of yoga moves with anti-gravity hammocks in the turf functional training area. Participants will be able to utilize their bodies to help access new poses that help strengthen and stretch the body to new capacities.
