Come and join UREC Adventure in our monthly community ride around the LSU Lakes! Our clinic will cover: pre-ride inspection of your bicycle, effective braking, and instruction on how to effectively ride in a group of individuals. Bicycle, helmets, and basic instruction is provided, but feel free to bring your own equipment if you wish! We recommend you bring a water bottle, close-toed shoes, and clothes that you don’t mind getting sweaty in.
