Seminar Description:

Organizational leadership is rapidly changing as AI disrupts traditional organizational mindsets and practices for how employees approach their work. Leaders must anticipate what AI will mean for their organization and industry regarding opportunities and threats. As a growing strategic imperative, leaders must prepare their people and their workplace for how the work will change and must identify what capabilities will be needed and how organizations must prepare to lead an AI-augmented workforce. Artificial intelligence use is accelerating, and prepared leaders will likely remain relevant and key to their organization’s competitive resilience.  

Seminar attendees will receive an LSU Executive Education seminar completion certificate. This certificate can be used to fulfill professional certification CEU requirements and enhance your professional profile.
