Are you looking for a high energy, class to help you stay motivated in your fitness routine? This is the class for you! Each class will consist of a circuit routine of 8-12 stations, which the participants will rotate through at a timed interval of 30, 45, or 60 seconds for a total body workout. Circuits will allow participants to maximize their work out by reducing recovery time, and increasing caloric burn. Registration period is from August 26 until September 13. There will be a free demo day on September 12.
