Climbing Technique
A fun, intermediate-level course, intended to expand your knowledge of climbing movement! By the end of this class participants will learn how to utilize the concepts of weight shift and balance while climbing, body positioning to maintain balance, basic footwork techniques, Identify different types of handholds, and learn to read routes before climbing begins
