About this Event
View map Free EventA fun, intermediate-level course, intended to expand your knowledge of climbing movement! By the end of this class participants will learn how to utilize the concepts of weight shift and balance while climbing, body positioning to maintain balance, basic footwork techniques, Identify different types of handholds, and learn to read routes before climbing begins.
Included: Climbing equipment
Equipment needed: Water bottle, activitiy appropriate clothing
Equipment optional: Liquid chalk (some climbers find it helps!)
Activity skill level: Intermediate, this skill session is intended for folks who have a basic understanding of climbing (Climbed more than 10 times before the skill session)
