Are you looking to host an event in or around the LSU Student Union and Union Theater between June 1, 2019 and May 31, 2020? Well don't forget to submit your reservation request during Priority Scheduling! This could include student organizational meetings to large scale events!
Beginning February 1st, the priority request forms will be available at lsu.edu/as for departments and student organizations! The forms will only be live until February 28th. Staff will review requests in March and begin communications in April. Priority is given based on availability, potential impact on the student body, and alignment with the strategic initiatives of the University.
