 ginning February 1st\, the priority request forms will be available at lsu
 .edu/as for departments and student organizations! The forms will only be 
 live until February 28th. Staff will review requests in March and begin co
 mmunications in April. Priority is given based on availability\, potential
  impact on the student body\, and alignment with the strategic initiatives
