Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging the fun of group fitness with the accountability and individualized attention of personal training. Our courses offer individualized progression from class to class designed to teach participants with similar interests and goals. Fundamentals of Weight Training is designed for those that want to become more comfortable with basic weight training techniques. You will learn what exercises are safe and efficient for targeted muscle groups, basic human anatomy as it relates to your workout goals, and how to structure your workouts.
