Fundamentals of Weight Training Small Group Training

If you are ready to start strength training, don’t miss this course. This introductory course will teach you proper lifting techniques, basic exercises for each muscle group, human anatomy as it relates to your workout goals, and how to structure your workouts to reach your goal. Registration period is from August 26 to September 13. There will be a free demo day on September 9.
