Ogden Honors advisors are available for virtual drop-in advising from Thursday, August 17 through Thursday, August 31, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT daily. These sessions will be for any quick schedule changes or questions, limited to ten (10) minutes, and will not count towards required annual advising. We will resume full 30-minute appointments on September 1.

Students can check-in for a drop-in through Navigate Student. No appointment is necessary. At or around the time that you are available to meet, follow the steps below to join the virtual drop-in queue:

• MAIN MENU: Select Appointments on the main menu of Navigate Student.
• APPOINTMENTS: Once in the Appointments section, select Schedule an Appointment at the bottom of the screen
• NEW APPOINTMENT: To meet with an advisor during this period, select View Drop-In Times under “Other Options” at the bottom of the screen.
• AVAILABLE CARE UNIT: Select Academic Advising.
• WHAT TYPE OF APPOINTMENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SCHEDULE: Select Academic Advising.
• SERVICE: Select Advising as the service.
• FIND AVAILABLE TIMES: Select the blue Find Available Times button.
• VERIFY LOCATION: You will then need to verify your location as Ogden Honors College.
• SELECT: Check-in with first available.

Note: You may only access the drop-in queue at the designated times listed. Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served, first-available basis. Wait times will vary. You will receive a text message and/or email with a Zoom meeting link when an academic advisor is available. Students not present in the Zoom meeting within 10 minutes may be marked as no-show and required to rejoin the queue.
