Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging the fun of group fitness with the accountability and individualized attention of personal training. Our courses offer individualized progression from class to class designed to teach participants with similar interests and goals. Certified trainers will guide you through proper form and technique while you enjoy your workout experience with other workout buddies!
Intro to Olympic Weightlifting Small Group Training will introduce the three primary lifts (Snatch, Clean and Jerk) of Olympic Weightlifting. Participants will learn in a practical setting how the snatch, clean, and jerk all bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to their current strength training. The course will be a taught by a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
