Vacate your room by 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2026, or within 24 hours of your last exam, whichever comes first.

Complete an extension request in the housing portal by noon, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to request to remain in the hall until 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 10.

Follow the check-out instructions given by your in-hall staff. Note that after you complete the checkout walk-through with your RA and approve your room's condition report, a professional staff member will also inspect the room to confirm its condition before entering any charges to your account.

Nicholson Gateway Apartment residents with a 12-month housing agreement do not check out in May.
