Do you struggle with constantly feeling tired or burnt out? If so this workshop is for you! Wellness can often be put on the back burner when it comes to staying on top of responsibilities as a student leader. This workshop will equip students with the tools to create life harmony among all their responsibilities. They will learn practical ways to implement self-care and get to practice self-care during the workshop. This workshop is hands-on, including several active engagement opportunities.
