The goal of the exhibition is to inspire young artists and showcase the finest, artistic student talent in Louisiana. In its ninth year, the exhibition provides a platform for students’ work to be displayed in a professional artistic venue and offers insights into professional artist experiences.
The exhibition is on view March 7–March 22, 2025, in the Barnes Ogden Art & Design Complex Gallery on LSU’s campus. Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded at a closing reception for the artists on March 22, 2025 from 1-3 p.m.
AWARDS
First, second, and third-place winners will be selected, and honorable mentions will be awarded in the following amounts. A special award will be made to the teacher/program with the best overall showing. First Place: $350; Second Place: $250; Third Place: $150; Honorable Mention(s): $50
