Dean’s Concerto Competition winner, Nathan Anderson, will play Malcolm Arnold’s Flute Concerto No. 1. Graduate conductors Kai-Chun Wong and Jarred Kennedy will lead iconic American works by Morton Gould and Aaron Copland. The evening culminates in boisterous and joyful Symphony No. 8 in G Major by Antonin Dvorak – a fitting close to 2024-2025 LSU Symphony season.
