Claire Bourgeois is a 2013 E. J. Ourso College of Business graduate. She started her career at Grant Thornton in Houston, providing internal audit services to the oil & gas industry before transitioning to Deloitte, where she led campus recruitment and talent initiatives. During that time, Bourgeois hired hundreds of students and continues to provide mentorship and career counseling in many informal capacities.
