About this Event
This event is a time to continue raising awareness of the stigma about mental health. We also recognise that it can be difficult to encourage our loved ones to open up about their mental health difficulties and seek appropriate help. For that reason, we put together a series of fun and relaxing wellbeing events focused on mental health to help make everyone feel more comfortable speaking up about their mental health, take proactive measures to support their mental wellbeing, manage stress effectively and inspire them to seek and accept mental health support when they need it.
