Schedule and reschedule your arrival appointment (arrival date and time) in the housing portal from July 1-25, 2025. After July 25, email us to schedule or edit your appointment. 

Incoming first-year students move in August 15-17, 2025. The experience is the same for all three days; however, selecting an appointment on Friday, August 15, 2025, will add a $200 early arrival charge to your student account.
