View map Free EventDr. Rebecca Morton, will give a talk titled, “Social Groups and the Effectiveness of Protests: The Role of Information Sharing and Aggregation” at 2 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 23 at Hill Memorial Lecture Hall as part of the Hubert H. Humphrey Lecture series sponsored by the political science department. Dr. Morton is professor of political science at NYU Abu Dhabi and is a noted scholar who conducts work in political behavior, political psychology, and experimental methodology. Dr. Morton is also an LSU alum having received her Bachelor’s degree and MPA from LSU.
