Professional Development Webinar Series- Genealogical Evidence: How to Organize Your Genealogical Materials and Verify Their Credibility

The joy of finding genealogical treasures and evidence is the exciting part about building our family history narrative. But how do we know what we have? Is the evidence that we have credible or hearsay? Is there conflicting information among your evidence? Eleanor Brinsko, of Carlon Genealogical Services, LLC, will guide the audience through organizing the evidence to make the information accessible, learn how to verify the credibility of each piece of evidence, investigate how to ascertain whether the resource is credible, how to resolve the conflict between two sources to determine which source is correct, and how to present the information.
