Roommate matching opens March 13, 2023, for fall 2023 and remains open through mid-June. Use the roommate matching feature or search for friends by their myLSU username in the housing portal. 

Create a roommate group of people who you prefer to live with. Being in a group together does not guarantee you'll be together, but just indicates who you'd like to live with.

• Students living in residential colleges should have their preferred roommate group complete by May 8, 2023.
   
• Students living in traditional housing options should have their preferred roommate group complete by May 21, 2023.
