Many student orgs find themselves only accomplishing daily operations. They have meetings and elect governing boards but do not have the tools necessary to take the organization to the next step. This training will help student orgs move from keeping their heads above water to thriving on LSU’s campus. We will discuss topics such as vision casting and ways to improve organizational impact.
