LSU Saturday Science

We look at the world around us with our senses and see and hear its various patterns. A physicist adds to this, seeing further patterns not evident at first sight. A few principles and themes underlie this extended view. All of us can cultivate this sense. Simple examples will be used to illustrate this from the microscopic to the cosmic level.
