Set a reminder to select and adjust your move-in arrival appointment starting July 5 at 1 p.m. CST through July 19, 2023.

Log In & Select 

• We’ll add the scheduling link to lsu.edu/movein and email it to you on July 5, 2023.
• You must log in with your myLSU username and password. Make sure you can log in to myLSU now and complete two-factor authentication if needed.
• You will select your building, then select your move-in arrival date and time. Make sure you know your building and select it!
• If you don't have a room assignment yet, just wait until you get your room assignment to schedule your arrival appointment. 

Dates & Times - Freshmen

• The LSU Class of 2027 moves in August 11-13, 2023. The experience is the same for all three days; however, selecting an early arrival appointment on Friday, August 11, 2023, will add a $200 early arrival charge to your student fee bill.
• Friday, August 11, arrival times are 2, 3:30, 5, and 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday, August 12, arrival times are 8, 9:30, 11 a.m. and 12:30, 2, 3:30, 5, and 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday, August 13, arrival times are 8, 9:30, 11 a.m. and 12:30, 2, 3:30, and 5 p.m.

Dates & Times - Sophomores and Above 

• Sophomores and above living in apartments move in August 17-19, 2023.
• Thursday, August 17, arrival times are 9:30 and 11 a.m. and 12:30, 2, 3:30, and 5 p.m.
• Friday, August 18, arrival times are 9:30 and 11 a.m. and 12:30, 2, 3:30, and 5 p.m.

  Friday is the earliest Marsh Hall residents can arrive.

• Saturday, August 19, arrival times are 8, 9:30, 11 a.m. and 12:30, 2, 3:30, and 5 p.m.

  Saturday is the earliest WCA Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6 can arrive. If earlier options become available, we’ll email that information.

• If you need to arrive Sunday, August 20, go to your community’s service desk and the on-call staff can assist you.
• If you need to arrive Monday, August 21, or later, schedule a check-in appointment with your residence coordinator to ensure your space isn’t reassigned!

Roommates

• Each Tiger selects their own individual move-in arrival date and time.
• If you and your roommate want to move in at the same time, you both need to select the same move-in time.

Bed Lofting 

• Rooms with loftable style beds can request a high loft or low loft position during appointment scheduling. Not choosing a loft option keeps the bed at its default mid-height position. 
• A limited number of bed rails are available. Request one at your community’s service desk after moving in.
