Mr. Copey Pulitzer, chairman and founder of Low Cost Animal Center in New Orleans, will be speaking. He will be discussing how the clinic provides affordable medical treatment to dogs/cats as well as low cost spay/neuter to proactively lower the kill rate of animals in local shelters and their lead doctor Dr. Barthelemy. Lunch will be provided by an approved LSU vendor.
