Are you looking for a high energy, class to help you stay motivated in your fitness routine? This is the class for you! Each class will consist of a circuit routine of 8-12 stations, which the participants will rotate through at a timed interval of 30, 45, or 60 seconds for a total body workout. Circuits will allow participants to maximize their work out by reducing recovery time and increasing caloric burn.
