The HNME specializes in creative placemaking and community partnerships, working closely with composers and curators to present exciting, innovative music to audiences of all kinds. Founded by award-winning artists Michelle Kim-Painter, Michael Standard, and Eduard Teregulov, the ensemble’s collaborations and artistic programming seek to foster a deep appreciation for art-making and community citizenship through exciting music and exceptional performances.
The Homegrown New Music Ensemble performances and residency are supported by the Manship Guest Artist fund.
Due to health and safety protocols, advance registration is required to attend these free events.
