The panel will discuss in what ways they persisted in their careers and personal lives. They will also be able to discuss society’s current work environment for women. The panel will get an opportunity to give the students advice on how to themselves motivated and reach their goals with character. The panel will end with questions from the audience. This panel will be women of different ethnic and economic backgrounds as well as different educational backgrounds. I want each panelist to have a different and unique story so the students can see life from all different angles
