From Models to Action: Community Action Planning for Louisiana's River and Coastal Systems

This workshop brings together scientists, educators, policymakers, and community leaders to translate advanced hydrologic modeling into actionable resilience strategies for Louisiana's river and coastal systems. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the WRF-Hydro modeling system, explore flood simulation and prediction tools, and engage in collaborative discussions with NSF NCAR researchers on climate and water hazard challenges facing our region.
