Join us on the back Laville Lawn for a yoga class and smoothies.
This yoga class is designed for anyone, so whether you've never taken a class or you're a yoga expert, all are welcome! Lead by a UREC instructor, this class is geared toward managing stress and anxiety during this busy time of your academic year.
Yoga mats will be provided, and smoothies will be served afterward. In the event of rain, the class will be relocated to the Laville Library.
